  • Payment Information: When you purchase a Premium Report or Unlimited package, your payment details are collected directly by our secure, third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Afterblast LLC does not collect, process, or store your full credit card number or bank account details on our servers.

  • Usage Data: We automatically collect standard information regarding your interaction with the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and the dates/times of your visits.
  • Cookies & Tracking: We use standard cookies and similar technologies to maintain user sessions, analyze site traffic, and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following business purposes:

Please note that the property addresses you query are used strictly to generate the requested reports and monitor system performance. We do not publish a public log of addresses searched by our users.

If you use FloodMaps SMS features, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We use your mobile number and message content only to provide the requested service, support account-related communications, maintain system logs, and prevent abuse. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any other FloodMaps product or service.

8. Children's Privacy

FloodMaps is a business-to-consumer and business-to-business service not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
